Domain Knowledge Competencies:
· Experience in end-to-end recruitment (Sales & Non-Sales).
· Strong understanding of sourcing channels, screening techniques, and hiring lifecycle management.
· Hands-on experience in offer negotiations, stakeholder coordination, and candidate conversion.
· Familiarity with recruitment MIS, TAT tracking, and basic hiring metrics (offer-to-join, pipeline health, etc.)
· Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles ensuring timely closures within defined TATs.
· Source candidates through job portals, social media, and vendor networks to maintain a strong and continuous pipeline.
· Conduct first-level screening and evaluation to assess candidate fitment (skills and cultural alignment).
· Coordinate interview scheduling, ensure timely feedback collection, and drive faster decision-making.
· Support and drive offer discussions and salary negotiations to improve closure rates
· Engage with selected candidates regularly to ensure high offer-to-join conversion and minimize dropouts.
· Manage pre-joining formalities including documentation and onboarding coordination.
· Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide regular hiring updates.
· Highlight delays, pipeline gaps, and potential risks, and escalate as required.
· Initiate and track background verification processes and coordinate with vendors for timely closure.
· Handle BGV deviation cases and maintain proper documentation and records.
· Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and provide regular updates on pipeline health and hiring status.
· Ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness of all recruitment documentation.
·Support employee engagement activities and assist in other HR initiatives as required.
