Key Responsibilities

Should be capable of managing a large sales team at the state level and drive the sales of payments acceptance solutions of SBI Payments.


Should focus on expansion and acquisition strategy within the state, improve customer satisfaction and provide Leadership Directions to the sales team.


Responsible for sourcing and installation of Hard POS and Soundbox TIDs, along with driving new merchant acquisition and strengthening relationships with existing merchants.


Responsible for driving month-on-month growth in GMV, ensuring timely activation of TIDs as per company norms, and achieving M1/M2 activation targets to enable contribution to business volumes.


Accountable for adding incremental volumes through continuous merchant acquisition and effective portfolio management.


Responsible for cross-selling and up-selling products such as EMI, ICA, and DCC across both NTB and ETB merchant segments.


Ensure 100% manpower onboarding as per approved plan and manage attrition within defined limits, while maintaining team productivity.


Drive training initiatives for newly onboarded merchants and provide regular refresher training to existing teams to enhance capability and performance.


Ensure onboarding of FOS under TB Hub as per budget and drive achievement of Current Account acquisition targets along with POS and Soundbox bundling targets.


Maintain regular liaison and effective coordination with SBI Retail and Corporate teams to drive business synergies across segments.


Ensure adherence to customer service standards by maintaining FTR of at least 90% and complying with all internal processes and guidelines.


Oversee Corporate and Government business in coordination with CSM/KAM/CSH and drive growth across these segments within the Circle.

Skills and Qualifications

Similar Business Knowledge. Experience in Payments will be preferred.
Graduation, Post Graduates will be preferred.
