Key Responsibilities: 

· She/he will focus on management of new merchants onboarding through DigiMON Maker. 

· Responsible for handling queries received through circles. 

· Improve internal and external customer satisfaction.  

· Managing rejections for DigiMON onboarded merchants. 

· Managing Ezetap On-boarding and rent/ EMI file preparation. 

· Ensure KYC checks and proper merchant documentation.  

· Maintaining MIS for campaign. 

· Ensure to complete Maker activity for self-onboarded merchants. 

· Additionally , any other job/role/responsibilities assigned from time to time.
