Should have experience in bulk hiring.
· Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk positions such for FOS high volume sourcing
· Ensure daily/weekly hiring targets are met as per business requirements
· Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and MIS reports
· Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to close positions quickly
· Handle offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination
· Manage walk-in drives, job fairs, and recruitment events
· Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
