Talent Acquisition:
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from approved manpower requisition through interview coordination and offer closure.
· Ensure all recruitment processes are followed in line with HR policies and compliance requirements.
· Source and attract candidates through job portals, databases, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, especially for critical roles.
· Screen resumes and applications to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and role fit.
· Conduct initial interviews using structured and competency-based assessment methods.
· Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
· Act as a single point of contact between candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure positive candidate experience.
· Ensure timely documentation and adherence to approval processes.
· Prepare and share recruitment MIS, hiring status updates, and analytical reports.
· Track key hiring metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, and pipeline health.
HR Operations:
· Manage pre-boarding and onboarding processes to ensure smooth joining of new hires.
· Collect, verify, and upload employee documentation into HR systems accurately and timely.
· Updating and maintenance of employee records in HRIS / HRMS.
· Co-ordination for exit clearance processes for resigning employees.
· Support leave and attendance tracking for employees, consultants, and interns.
· Address discrepancies and ensure timely processing in coordination with finance and vendors.
Payroll & Compliances:
· End to end Payroll Processing/ Administration, Various Payroll reports its validation, Co-ordination with Services Vendor for timely processing the monthly payroll.
· Ensure 100% HR Regulations & Compliances, Timely Statutory Payments & return under PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable laws.
· Knowledge of Income tax, Tax computation and its applicable act. Form 16 generation.
· Knowledge of New Labour code and its impact. Up to date about amendments of Labour Department.
· Support Full & Final (F&F) settlement inputs and coordination. Timely settlement of all other payments like Gratuity, Leave Encashment & other benefits.
· Maintenance,Tracking, Auditing of individual & other files. Documentation, record keeping of employee’s data
· Ensure complete coverage of all employees under GMC, GPA, GTL & other benefit insurance along with annual renewal. Timely coordination for claim processing and
settlements if any.
· Ability to operate with high accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity while managing multiple priorities.
· Prepare periodic MIS reports on payroll, compliance, and related metrics for management review.
